Dark fruit and earthy notes come together with baking spices and a floral lift in this complex expression of Mourvèdre – an outstanding varietal that many have not heard of, but that few will forget once they’ve tried it. Savory and rustic but incredibly approachable. Drink this with a burger, with char sui (Chinese BBQ pork), or just by itself on the couch as the night winds down. Enjoy!
