  • What we love

The 2016 Napa Valley Sémillon from Fine Disregard is a blend of three Sémillon vineyards including fruit from the coveted Yount Mill Vineyard, most likely one of the oldest Sémillon vineyards in all of Napa Valley with original vines dating back to the 1960’s. The wine delivers exquisite notes of lemon curd, melon, citrus zest, white peach and cardamom. Medium bodied, terrific flavors, and all around wonderful to drink.

About this Wine

Sémillon is a challenging grape to grow, yet it shines in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. Oak Knoll’s cooler temperatures and the winery’s focus on harvesting early give the wine vibrancy and a spark of acidity; malolactic fermentation and the conscientious use of oak give weight to the variety’s distinctive texture. This is a white wine you will really enjoy!
