Sustainably grown and farmed by the same family for three generations and crafted by winemaker Susana Rodriguez Vasquez of Bolivia. “The Gala” Brut Rosé is fruit forward and refreshing, with energetic beads rise from all angles that fill your mouth. Fit for any occasion, enjoy this sparkling rosé before, during or after dinner – it’s versatile enough to completely satisfy all options. From smoked trout and fresh oysters to beef carpaccio and roasted veggies, “The Gala” will pair with just about anything you’re having.
About this Wine
We’ve repeatedly featured the shockingly affordable, high-quality wines and Peltier's 2016 Brut Rosé is one of those terrific values. When it flaunts a mouthwatering array of red fruit and vibrant minerality at just $35 it commands our attention, especially as Champagne becomes more expensive by the year.
This refreshing Brut Rosé is drinking beautifully now, though it will mature nicely if you decide to cellar it. If you choose the latter, be sure to keep it somewhere dark and cool, and to lay it on its side.
Drink now through 2023.
