With time in the glass, additional layers of complexity and richness unfold, revealing dark chocolate, plum, black tea, and cherry notes. This is a wonderfully finessed and graceful Cabernet Sauvignon from winemaker Marc Rafael's home vineyard in Oak Knoll.

This is pure, unadulterated Cabernet Sauvignon that should charm even the most skeptical wine enthusiasts. Aged for about 23 months in French barrel and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this wine has nuance and complexity that beguile its approachability. A beautiful wine that drinks as well today as it will age. Enjoy!
