Named to for the wind that defines the Eola-Amity AVA, the 2018 “Æolian” Pinot Noir is expressive and fresh. The nose has a sweetly perfumed edge with red apples, raspberry, and orange peel aromas. Cherry and spice flavors, and aging in oak has added nuanced notes of cinnamon and cedar. A core of tannins and acidity, with a long finish.
