    An absolutely lip-smacking white wine from Crete that is worth trying. Made from organically grown grapes, the wine showcases tropical fruit and apricot aromas, a creamy mouthfeel, and crunchy minerality. Fresh and balanced, it’s an easy-drinking Vidiano that will pair well with shellfish, chicken salad, and salty cheeses.

About this Wine

While we’d rather be chilling on a beach in Crete right now, this can fill the gap. Vidiano is a native Cretan variety, which was revived through the efforts of pioneering winemakers and grape growers on the island. The variety is gaining a broad reputation, as it is already being grown and vinified throughout Crete by almost all winemakers. 

Fun fact: Crete has the longest wine production history across Europe, with winemaking dating back over 4,000 years!
