What we love
This cool-climate Syrah raises the elegance factor like few others. Snappy raspberry, crumbled hibiscus and white pepper aromas are pinpointed and lean on the nose. Framed in a grippy tension, the palate combines black raspberry with rosemary, bay leaf, and peppercorns – endless sensory fascination.
About this Wine
Holus Bolus is a family owned and operated winery located in the heart of Lompoc, California. The company was created back in 2003 and specializes in top-quality bottlings of Syrah, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay from Santa Barbara. Presqu’ile Vineyard is planted on an extremely sandy ridge at the southwestern edge of the Santa Maria Valley. The combination of the moderate climate and relatively poor soils creates a Syrah this is lively, spicy and complex. Cheers!
