No other region in California has it all quite like Santa Barbara.

The region’s picture-postcard landscape is also with gifted diverse microclimates, making it possible to grow a wide array of grape varieties.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the prime focus of wineries here, but there are also warmer pockets where Syrah, Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet thrive and produce award-winning wines that rate with the best in the world.

We stopped by dozens of wineries on our last trip to Santa Barbara – these wines were our favorites. Exceptional wines, remarkable natural beauty and wonderful people, Santa Barbara has it all.
