1. Shipping an order

By law all alcohol orders require an adult signature for delivery, so please send your wine or gift to a home or business address where an adult 21 or older is present to sign for receipt. UPS or Fedex will make up to 3 delivery attempts before sending your order back to the warehouse. Returned shipments will incur additional fees.

Shipping is a flat rate per destination. Enjoy this huge savings and great convenience on every purchase.

All orders are shipped from California via standard ground shipping. Estimated transit times are:

Pacific States: 1 business day.

Mountain States: 2 - 3 business days.

Central States: 4 business days.

Eastern States: 5 - 6 business days.

A number of states do not allow out-of-state direct shipments of wine. If we cannot ship to your state due to specific state or local laws, your order will not be processed. We are very sorry!

2. Placing an order

If a wine you want becomes unavailable, let us know you are interested by adding your email to the waitlist or by emailing Please provide your name, the specific wine(s) and your phone number.

Due to various legal restrictions regarding the sale of wine, we cannot issue refunds for the purchase of any products sold on our Website. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at and we will attempt to address your concerns.

3. Changes to an order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at with your name, order confirmation and your phone number. If your order has already been processed, changes and cancellations cannot be made and a carrier intercept must be requested. Associated carrier fees apply for intercepts.

4. Product issue

Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing with your name, order confirmation and the incident.

Pollux accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Pollux is obligated by law to collect sales tax on all orders.
