Shipping

If you missed the first delivery attempt, UPS will attempt to deliver your shipment two more times. Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@polluxwine.com for any reroutes or shipping changes - we can help!

After the third delivery attempt, UPS will hold your shipment at their local facility, and indicate the address on your door tag and online tracking number. Your shipment will be held at the local UPS location for 5 business days. If you do not pick up your shipment within the designated time period, the box will be shipped back to POLLUX.

As soon as your box is returned to our warehouse, we will notify you of the returned order. We are happy to reship any returned orders. Please note that all returned shipments will be subject to a $15 restock/reship fee.

Requests for reships must be submitted within 60 days of your order's ship date by emailing support@polluxwine.com. After 60 days, a credit for the amount paid, less the $15 restock fee, will be applied to your account.

Please note that due to alcohol shipping laws, we are unable to accept returns.

We currently ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Illinois, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island and Utah. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Yes. Since it is an alcohol, an adult signature is required at delivery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Mix and match any six or more bottles and receive $0 shipping. For all other orders, shipping is a flat fee of $10.
All orders placed before 10am PT Mon-Fri are shipped out same-day. Orders are shipped from Napa, California.

Placing an order

If a wine you want becomes unavailable, let us know you are interested by adding your email to the waitlist or by emailing support@polluxwine.com. Please provide your name, the specific wine(s) and your phone number.
Due to various legal restrictions regarding the sale of wine, we cannot issue refunds for the purchase of any products sold on our Website. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at support@polluxwine.com and we will attempt to address your concerns.
